Your order will be carefully packed in a thick, re-usable styrofoam cooler with enough dry ice to keep your food cool in transit.

We ship all orders via FedEx, either 2-Day or Overnight to anywhere in the United States (deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may incur an extra charge). For same day shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00pm Eastern Time to allow for processing, else they will ship out the following business day. Keep in mind 2-Day shipments stop after 1:00pm Eastern on Wednesdays and Overnight shipments after 1:00pm Eastern on Thursdays. Orders that miss the cut-off will ship the following Monday.

Use the table below to determine when you will receive your order. We recommend placing your order well in advance of any special events to ensure on-time arrival. If you’re in a time crunch, please let us know your requirements beforehand and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate your situation.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses due to the nature of perishable goods. Of course, non-food, merchandise-only orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and A.P.O./F.P.O.

UPON DELIVERY…

We strongly recommend someone be home to receive the package on the specified delivery date. We will not be able to refund orders that are left outside for an extended period of time after delivery. When your order arrives, immediately unpack your items and place them in the refrigerator if you plan on eating within the next 48 hours. Otherwise, place in your freezer for future use. It is normal for there to be no dry ice remaining in your package upon opening.
